chore: bump version to v0.1.129

2 nits cs preexistants masques par le cache local (.php-cs-fixer.cache) et
revele par la CI (check projet entier, sans cache) : QualimatCarrierSearchProvider
et CarrierFixtures. Sans incidence fonctionnelle.
