fix(sites) : add PATCH operation and fix migration constraint drop

Add Patch operation to Site entity (was only Put, causing 405 errors).
Fix migration to use ALTER TABLE DROP CONSTRAINT instead of DROP INDEX
for the piece name unique constraint.
