feat(bovine) : commande de synchro inventaire pour cron nocturne (FER-25) 01e17f255e 
Extrait la logique de sync vers App\Service\BovineInventorySyncer (le processor API Platform devient un thin wrapper, comportement du bouton Rafraîchir inchangé). Nouvelle commande app:sync-bovine-inventory destinée à un cron système à 2h pour synchroniser EDNOTIF sans intervention manuelle.
