feat(infra) : ajout de pgAdmin avec configuration auto

- Ajout du service pgAdmin dans docker-compose.yml
- Configuration serveur PostgreSQL pre-enregistre (servers.json)
- Fichier pgpass pour authentification automatique
- Port 5050 expose pour acces web
- Configuration lexik/jwt-authentication-bundle
