feat(mcp) : add CRUD tools for Sites, Constructeurs, Products

- 5 tools each: list, get, create, update, delete
- McpToolHelper extracted to AbstractApiTestCase for reuse
- DashboardStatsToolTest simplified to use base helpers
- 22 MCP tests pass
