feat : page case sur UiDataTable server-side

- SearchFilter et DateFilter ajoutés sur l'entité Bovine
- Filtres serveur sur numéro national, poids exact et date d'arrivée
- Scope automatique via buildingCase IRI sur l'endpoint /bovines
