- Ajout page infrastructure/bovine avec CRUD
- Refacto BuildingCase (suppression Statut, simplification)
- Commande EnrichBovinesCommand pour enrichir les données bovins
- 4 migrations Doctrine
- Mise à jour composables shipment/weighing
- Mise à jour README et CHANGELOG
