- src/State/ réorganisé par domaine (Bovin/, Reception/, Shipment/, Building/, User/, System/)
- tag OpenAPI "Bovins" pour regrouper les endpoints ednotif dans Swagger
- malio/ednotif-bundle passé à v0.0.6
